1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using holos ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your iOS devices in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the photos and stickers you create using the App. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content. All content is stored locally on your device.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
Use the App for any commercial purposes without our express permission

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases for premium features. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
