By using E240, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

2. What E240 Does

E240 is a camera app that:

• Records videos with VHS-style filters
• Adds retro timestamps
• Saves videos to your photo library
• Offers free and PRO versions

3. Subscriptions

Free Version

• Limited recording time
• Basic filters
• Watermark on videos

PRO Version

• Unlimited recording
• All filters unlocked
• No watermarks
• Custom timestamps

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store
• Monthly and annual plans available
• Auto-renews unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime in iPhone Settings

4. Your Content

• You own all videos you create
• Videos are stored on your device only
• We never access or upload your content
• You’re responsible for backing up your videos

5. Acceptable Use

Don’t use E240 to:

• Break any laws
• Violate others’ rights
• Create harmful content

6. App Ownership

• E240 and its features belong to us
• You get a license to use the app
• Don’t copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app

7. No Warranties

• E240 is provided “as is”
• We don’t guarantee it will always work perfectly
• Use at your own risk

8. Limitation of Liability

We’re not responsible for:

• Lost videos or data
• Any damages from using the app
• Content you create

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.

10. Apple Terms

• These terms are between you and us, not Apple
• Apple isn’t responsible for the app
• Apple has no support obligations
• We handle all app-related claims
